Christmas catering is almost upon us. Our favourite adverts are appearing on telly, and chocolates and confectionary with seasonal appeal are lining the aisles of our supermarkets. Mini Lindt reindeer, are always a huge temptation!

At Caiger & Co. our menus are ready to roll out. So if you are thinking about holding that amazing party, want some help cooking for the family, have an office party planned out that needs some canapés, or another excuse up your sleeve from some amazing food and wine, have a look bellow and let your imagination run wild.

Trout & fennel tarts, horseradish

Mini scones, smoked salmon mousse, avrugar caviar

Potted shrimp, nutmeg butter, crisp toasts

Poached prawns, pink peppercorns & saffron mayonnaise

Roast cauliflower fritters, winter slaw

Roast parsnip soup shot, chestnut puree

Pepper shortbreads, ricotta & hazelnut crumble

Armagnac prunes on croutes, stilton cream

Wild mushroom arancini, parmesan dusting

Beetroot & London gin cured gravlax, dill & baby leaf salad

Twice cooked duck, celeriac remoulade

Seared scallop, avocado puree, kale chips & sea salt

Confit rabbit with pickled vegetables and aioli

Main

Roast sirloin of beef, sweet zatar onions, spiced parsnip puree, saffron & pistachio rice

Salmon fillet, clam and chorizo sauce, wilted spinach, creamed potatoes & basil oil

Roast Partridge, swiss chard, chestnuts & dauphinoise

Grilled leeks with an Italian bean stew with truffle oil and parmesan
