SPRING
In the third week of March, Caiger & Co, like many other small businesses, experienced their hardest week yet. However, to keep cooking, the team and I created a new product for those who were isolating. We began cooking luxury freezer meals. Out with furniture hire, in with route planning. By July we delivered around 650 suppers. We even delivered a aubergine parmigiana to National Treasure Sir David Attenborough.
