Wine Suggestion: White Wine –  Gaillac, with some mineral notes, a light and refreshing white wine. Perfect to start a meal with and to compliment the fish.

Red Wine – Beaujolais Gamy perfect for the game and earthy notes in this platter

Seville Orange Braised Beef

Served with Herby Lentils and Roast Carrot and Red Onions

Wine Suggestion: Either a Garric Cab.Sav or a Malbec. Both of their terroirs should compliment the combination of lentils and beef, they have robust tannins and notes of pepper
