It doesn’t have to mean stuffy or too formal, hushed tones or overly attentive service.  For a fine dining experience, we would always work with you to create a bespoke menu tailored to exactly what you’re looking for. Comprised of recipes using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients to create beautifully presented dishes; innovative in flavour, and cooked to perfection. Complimented by a wine list that is carefully selected to enhance the meal, your guests would be treated to the highest quality culinary experience. Fermented black barley, confit egg yolk, cod brandade and wild garlic and walnut pesto
Lamb neck, pistachio cream, golden carrot and frond kruat, whipped goats curd
Seared line-caught sea bass topped with lardo infused with English truffles with sea vegetables in a seaweed butter
Globe artichoke and blue cheese croquettas with truffled London honey, smoked salt

Course 2
A choice of 1 of the below

Cod carpaccio, fennel pollen, orange and red currents and squid ink aioli
Toasted corn puree, tandoori BBQ monkfish, watermelon and spiced melon seeds
Sous vide cod cheeks, parsnip cream, black sesame tahini, saffron butter and beef scratching
Halibut, sweet potato gnocchi, pickled walnuts, cavolo nero, brown butter

Smoked Devonshire duck breast served with seared foie gras toasts topped with
black figs, candied walnuts and apple balsamic dressing
